If the page will not open
Read the browser's error before changing settings. Confirm the address, then compare another ordinary website on the same connection. If other pages also fail, the connection may be the problem. If the FzMovies home page opens but an old bookmark does not, search the title again from Home.
If search returns no titles
Remove filters and shorten the query. Switch from Movie name to Starcast if you entered an actor. A typed season must be recorded for that show to appear in a season-specific search. Some titles are not included in this selection, so an empty result is not always a technical error.
If video pauses or has no sound
Playback takes place at the viewing destination. Check its message, selected quality, audio output and device support. Lowering quality can help distinguish a demanding stream from a complete access failure. If the page says an edition is unavailable in your region, buffering advice will not change that offer.
If a list has disappeared
Check that you are in the same browser and are not using a temporary private window. Clearing site storage can remove local lists. Restore a saved backup if you have one. Avoid clearing all browser data as a first response to an unrelated playback problem.
